Summer, 2016
on... Accomplishing Significant Milestones

How can it be? After years of sweat there are two graduates this summer 2016, one from High school and the other with a degree in Global Leadership, emphasis Islamic Studies. The Lord has been so good to us three. The parents of KRG came down to Colombia not only to share in the graduation festivities of JJG, but also to participate in his Blessing and Baptism ceremony we had a couple of weeks prior to his graduation. What a glorious occasion!
These last few months have been incredibly rich with ministry opportunity as well. We have been active in sharing opportunities... conferences, day seminars, preaching, etc. We feel we have had some of the richest ministry here in Colombia we've had in all our years here! There are more invitations and opportunities being extended as well, one of which is of great interest... an invitation to teach a mission curriculum at the Seminario Bíblico de Colombia in Medellín! We are "waiting on, and listening to God" in the midst of all this.

One very important achievement last month was the launching of the first Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course in South America. If you've never taken this course let me encourage you to consider it sometime, somewhere near you. Click here for more information. This course is a game-changer and we have awaited its launch here for many years. One of the authors Steve Hawthorne was here to do the honors. We had a good turnout and Colombia is poised to bless South America as the Lord continues to open doors.
Finally, we end where we started with a proud word for our son... "Good job JJG! We knew you could do it! We now look expectantly to what God has for you. Congratulations!"
