WHY WE TALK ABOUT FINANCES
Our work in Colombia is not-for-profit and we, as well as our work associates depend entirely upon the generous gifts and contributions of people interested in sharing their resources with those who build the Kingdom of God. Our mission is to do all we can to build His great Kingdom, both here in Colombia and among worldwide unengaged Muslim peoples. The only net result we have ever been able to show those who have so generously given over the years are the lives of those who have been transformed by virtue of our work and life, both here and abroad.

In Colombia our principal focus is to recruit, train and then do all we can to mobilize Colombian workers to become agents of transformation in similar fashion, especially among Muslim peoples in far-and-distant lands. We have been a part of some already sent out and continue to be in relationship with many others that we've come to know. There are many reasons we do this work; stay connected to this website and you'll learn why.

END-OF-YEAR GIVING REALLY HELPS MAKE ENDS MEET! Today is the last opportunity of the year when charitable donations will be allowed for 2015. We have lived our life in dependence upon God making our financial needs known only as they arise (and often failing to even do this well). "Asking" has simply not been our comfort zone over the years, choosing to rather believe in the more sure foundation of simply trusting in God to move the hearts of His children to give generously to meet our needs in His worldwide work of Kingdom building. And we have never been of want over these many years.

Having said all this we do make our $1,000.oo per month deficit publicly known so as to invite you to partner with us in prayer that God might provide for this shortfall (our Summer 2015 trip was underwrote by one generous donor). We believe prayer will move God to take our one coin (see above) and multiply it into many, just as He can do for you as well. We will all be surprised as we trust Him to multiply our meager resources into global Kingdom realities for His glory.

We are now planning a Stateside sabbatical sometime within the next two years to make these needs known more personally. More on this later.

“…give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you” (Luke 6:38, ESV).
