It's possible you may have missed one of these...
A Tribute to Independence Day, 4th of July, 2017.
This makes me proud to be a Marine!!!
(that's right, some of you may not know, but it's true.)

Here are some interesting global statistics:

Contemporary Good Samaritans.
Would I do something like this?  All the homeless have a story... I should listen.

This 4th episode of Season 8 of America's Got Talent aired on June 25, 2013. It was an auditions episode that took place in New York and Los Angeles. The name of the trio is Forte and originally consisted of three tenors: Fernando Varela from Puerto Rico, Hana Ryu of South Korea, and Josh Page from New York. They met on the internet just a few weeks before their America’s Got Talent audition. They kept in contact through Skype. They met face-to-face days before their audition as the video shows. At the time of their audition the members of Forte had never performed together in front of an audience. Hana eventually left the group (due to issues with his visa) and was later replaced by another tenor named Sean Panikkar.

The piece they performed is 'Pie Jesu' and translated from Latin means 'Pious Jesus'.  Here are the words to this classic...

"Pious Lord Jesus, give them rest. Pious Lord Jesus give them everlasting rest. Pious Jesus, who takes away the sins of the world, give them rest. Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, give them everlasting rest."

It appears there's still a place in society for faith-laden music when unmistakeable talent is present.

Or how about this inspiring hymn Be Thou My Vision, sung by Sam Robson.  Be sure to turn up the volume!

'Art' draws the human spirit to the heart of any matter. This artistic message is powerful.  Don't miss it!

Let there be no doubt regarding the impact of a parent on a child's life.
You may have missed this in 2011. JJG and I still reminisce this epic trail through the High Sierras of California...
