The great Greek philosopher Aristotle once said, "The ultimate value of life depends upon awareness and the power of contemplation rather than upon mere survival." I think his life proved that point quite apty. Another great thinker, this time German, was Meister Eckhart. He wrote, "What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action." Beautiful. As I 'contemplate' these two thoughts I'm challenged... how well do I really 'contemplate'? Moreover, what do I spend my time 'contemplating'? The answer to these two questions has become even more paramount in these days with so many inviting voices around us. The goal of these pages is to not only drive me personally to find suitable material in cyber-space or qualitative 'contemplation', but to also invite the world to accompany me in my 'search and reflection' along the journey.
